We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING within the Continental US on all orders over $45.  Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses have higher limits and will be shipped via US Postal Service(check shipping table)!  Domestic UPS Ground shipping usually takes about 1-5 business days to arrive.  We currently are only able to ship to the US.  ***WE CAN NOT SHIP UPS TO P.O. BOXES!
