Shipping/Returns, Terms & Privacy
We offer FREE USPS SHIPPING within the Continental US on all orders over $49. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada & certain other regions may not qualify for free shipping or may have higher qualifying amounts. We pride ourselves in expediting orders quickly - most orders placed before Noon (CST) will ship the same day. Domestic USPS Ground shipping usually takes about 2-4 business days to arrive. We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand & most E.U. countries.

UPS 2nd Day Air is offered at additional cost. Note 2 day shipping only counts business days, not weekends or holidays. For example, a 2nd Day order shipped on a Friday would only arrive by Tuesday. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, and your use of the site after posting new terms constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
RETURNS will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused/unopened merchandise only. REFUNDS will be issued back to the credit card used in the initial purchase.
#1 - If we sent you a product other than what you ordered on your invoice, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! We will email you a return label and ship you the appropriate product once we receive the return. Print-out label, affix to package & drop in the mail. Please include your order # (or copy of invoice) and a short note explaining the return, so there is no delay in processing the return. Note we can only accept unopened/unused product.
#2 - If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! Email us photos of the damage if possible. Keep the damaged items & packaging for at least 5 business days. We will ship you an undamaged version of the same product.
#3 - In the unlikely event that we cannot completely fill your order, due to product shortage or manufacturer backorder, we will attempt to contact you to explain the options. If we don't receive a response within a week, your order will ship and your credit card will be refunded for the products we were unable to deliver.
#4 - ANY UNCLAIMED, UNWANTED OR REFUSED PRODUCT THAT IS RETURNED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE equal to our cost in initial shipping/handling. When you place an order with us, we, a small company, in good faith, implement man hours, shipping materials and transportation costs to prepare and deliver that order to you. When you refuse delivery of your package, or just change your mind, you are breaking a contract of good faith between you and our company. We can not accept ORDER CANCELLATIONS if the order has already shipped.
